ICE Kraków Congress Centre is a municipal congress and conference centre located at Rondo Grunwaldzkie by the Vistula, opposite Wawel. The project's investor was the City of Kraków (Gmina Miejska Kraków), carried out through the Investment Department of the Kraków City Council. The ceremonial laying of the cornerstone took place on 28 October 2010, and the building began operating on 16 October 2014. The total cost of the "Centrum Kongresowe (Rondo Grunwaldzkie)" project was set at PLN 357,539,043.63, of which PLN 82,930,000.00 was European Union co-financing under the Małopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2007–2013. The architectural design was created by Ingarden & Ewy Architekci of Kraków and Arata Isozaki & Associates of Tokyo. The building includes an auditorium hall, a theatre hall, a chamber hall and a suite of conference rooms, among other facilities.

ICE Kraków Congress Centre is one of the largest congress and conference venues in Poland and a flagship investment for Kraków in the business tourism (meetings industry) segment. Located at Rondo Grunwaldzkie by the Vistula, opposite Wawel, the building has enabled Kraków to host large congresses, conferences and cultural and artistic events of national and international scale. The investment was largely financed by European Union funds under the Małopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2007–2013.
