Protective breakwater for the external port in Świnoujście (LNG terminal shelter)
The multi-year programme “Construction of a protective breakwater for the external port in Świnoujście”, implemented between 2008 and 2013 and financed from the state budget, covered the construction of a protective breakwater approximately 3 km long, a groyne alongside the existing eastern breakwater, an approach channel (approximately 1,740 m long and 200 m wide), and a turning basin, together with dredging works. The investment was carried out by the Maritime Office in Szczecin, and the programme was run by the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy. The resulting protective breakwater, 2,974.30 m long, is the longest protective breakwater in Europe and, together with the Western Groyne, forms the External Port in Świnoujście, sheltering the LNG terminal designed to receive liquefied natural gas tankers. The total value of the programme was PLN 1,016,754 thousand (approx. PLN 1,016.8 million). Construction of the breakwater was completed in 2013.

Significance
The protective breakwater in Świnoujście, 2,974.30 m long, is the longest protective breakwater in Europe and, together with the Western Groyne, formed the External Port in Świnoujście. This port enabled the construction and operation of an LNG terminal capable of receiving liquefied natural gas tankers, which public authorities identified as an element of the country's energy security, linked to the diversification of natural gas supplies.

Independence is counted the same way the gate that admits a record counts it: subdomains and titles from one publisher are a single voice, Wikipedia is zero. That is why the number is lower than the number of links. Three is the minimum.
